Beginning Of A Mission
When founder Harrison Grieme saw the joy on his mom’s speechless face after calibrating her MacBook Air, he realized two things: 1) just how frustrating (and limiting) technology barriers can be; and 2) the significance of overcoming those barriers. Unable to find a professional service that offered a solution, he decided to create one, and eConfident was born. Since then, that look of joy continues to drive the business.
“eConfident’s Mission is to help customers become confident and proficient using technology in ways that improve their quality of life.”
Meet Your coach
Harrison Grieme
Owner / tech coach
Denver, CO
Harrison Grieme moved to Denver in 2009 after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Evansville in Indiana. Before starting eConfident, Harrison held a variety of jobs where he developed his skills in teaching, electronics, and sales. This diverse background serves him well in his unique role as a tech coach.
Additionally, Harrison’s personal characteristics are a valuable asset in this emerging industry. One of his favorite books growing up was “The Way Things Work,” so he has always enjoyed tinkering and figuring things out. Harrison also loves working with others and helping solve their problems. He is personable, upbeat, and a great listener.
Favorite things include: rock climbing; cooking (and eating!); playing guitar; board games; and improv theater.
our mascot
Why an Irish Terrier?
You may be wondering why our logo includes a dog. Is it because his breed has the same initials as Information Technology? Or perhaps it has to do with the “unleashed” tagline? Maybe he knows how to fetch an iPad!? All great guesses.
The real reason is because this dog embodies so many of the things we value at eConfident. Willingness to learn new tricks. Calm yet fun-loving. Brave in the face of new things. And, of course, the most obvious – a constant, helpful companion.
Henley
mascot / chief advisor
Denver, CO
Henley moved to Denver in 2019 from the Ozarks when he was 11 weeks old. Since then he has received top marks from both his peers and their humans for his calm, friendly demeanor and gentleman’s appearance.
Favorite things include: wrestling; lap naps; sniffing iPhones; and looking out the window curiously.
