24 hours notice is required for there to be no penalties.

1 freebie per year calendar year; afterwards:

Late cancellations: standard sessions @ 50% / labor & troubleshooting @ 75% (first hour only)

No-shows: standard sessions @ 75% / labor & troubleshooting @ 100% (first hour only)
